The hotel has recently been refurbished and the rooms were very clean. We were lucky to have a slight view of the volcano from our window, which added a special touch to our experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were superb and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We even went on a tour to the Amalfi coast and Sorrento arranged by the hotel, amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

We had a great stay here! The hotel is in a perfect location, right by the port and within easy walking distance of the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful, recommending a great restaurant for us to try on our first night. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a nice patio. The breakfast was fantastic and made for a great start to the day.
We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hotel was conveniently located close to downtown and within walking distance to a very smart well-stocked supermarket. The rooms were excellent, offering all the comforts and a quiet aircon. the staff was very polite and helpful, allowing us early access to our room and providing a spacious terrace with two double beds.
The hotel failed to deliver in many areas, with the room lacking proper illumination and the location making it difficult to access the city center or main station by public transport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The top-floor room I stayed in, room 702, was perfect for three guests and had a fantastic balcony with fine views across the city. The bathroom was spacious, and the jacuzzi bathtub was a luxurious touch. The bedrooms were also a good size, providing plenty of space for a comfortable stay. I was actually surprised by the quality of the hotel's dinner, delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making this my go-to hotel for any future trips.
